Home monitoring is condcted bi-weekly including a full report of our work performed. Our team initiates and coordinates maintenance contracts for the major and minor components of the home. Additional services related to the use of your home will be managed and tailored to your arrivals such as pressure washing and house cleaning. We work with only the highest-qualified subcontractors, many of whom we have worked with and vetted over years of collaboration on luxury custom home construction.
